The team came to install a new Zappi EV charger for me and did a great job. A neat, tidy install, with care taken to route the cables where I’d asked them to, and a really good tidy-up job afterwards as well. Couldn’t ask for any more.
Another thing I’d like to mention: The reason I went with JEC in the first place was not because of price (they weren’t the cheapest quote I received), but because they were the only company who actually paid attention to my requirements when giving me a quote. I have a solar/battery install, and the company who installed that had pre-connected a new termination point for an EV charger. I spoke to a fair few companies, and not one of them asked for more info or noted this in their quote. They all just gave me standard boiler-plate quote. Except for JEC, who immediately asked for photos and more info. That earned my trust pretty much immediately, and I’m sure led to a much quicker and easier installation. Kudos.
