Very friendly and knowledgeable advice provided to install ev chargers at my work and home. It was great to have a pre-survey conducted onsite at work to ensure what was needed was possible. This saved a lot of time than coming onsite and realising extra work etc needed to be done and prevented any delays. The work was conducted efficiently and timely, and with no mess. I was recommended to JEC by Cleevely Electric Vehicle after buying my first EV.  I decided to have an EV charger installed.  The whole process was smooth. Donna was great at keeping me up to date and helping with the government grant.  The installation was perfect. My house layout is a bit awkward but the installation guy was a pro.  Installed within a couple of hours and then was provided a demo on how to use the new equipment.

I don’t usually write reviews, but thought I would make an exception because of the quality of service that I have received from JEC Electrical.
One phone call and a couple of emails and the installation of a new EV charger was arranged. On Tuesday of this week Fergus arrived at the agreed time. He was very polite and friendly. He got on with the job and checked in with me when necessary. He then talked me through the EV’s app and ensured everything was working. I rang them today to say thank you. I don’t know when I last did that! I would highly recommend JEC Electrical to all.

JEC installed an EV charger for us and the service was excellent from start to finish. Ordering was easy, installation arranged for a date that suited us, and Fergus, who did the installation, arrived on time, did a very neat job and helped with the App. All in all very happy.
