Highly recommend JEC Electrical, they have been amazing! We needed an electric car charger fitting so contacted our electricity supplier thinking it would be easy as we already had power in our garage, however they wouldn’t entertain the idea of using that supply and were insisting on us having a new power supply added which would mean burying the cable under the garden, however I filled in the online survey with JEC and within the hour Donna had replied, we had several email exchanges and a phone call when Donna confirmed we could use the power supply already in our garage – this was a huge relief! Donna really was amazing, I had so many questions and she happily answered them all. Within a couple of weeks – there were earlier appointments but we needed a certain day – the electrician arrived to fit the charger, he was polite and helpful, the job was done within a couple of hours, and the area left clean and tidy upon completion. He explained how to set up the charger and how to connect to my electricity provider. Overall we are really happy with the charger and will happily recommend JEC. 😊
