I would definitely recommend JEC Electrical after my experience with them installing an EV charger, it wasn’t a straight forward route and weather conditions were very hot but this did not deter them during the installation which was speedy and with excellent attention to detail.

Highly recommend JEC Electrical, they have been amazing! We needed an electric car charger fitting so contacted our electricity supplier thinking it would be easy as we already had power in our garage, however they wouldn’t entertain the idea of using that supply and were insisting on us having a new power supply added which would mean burying the cable under the garden, however I filled in the online survey with JEC and within the hour Donna had replied, we had several email exchanges and a phone call when Donna confirmed we could use the power supply already in our garage – this was a huge relief! Donna really was amazing, I had so many questions and she happily answered them all. Within a couple of weeks – there were earlier appointments but we needed a certain day – the electrician arrived to fit the charger, he was polite and helpful, the job was done within a couple of hours, and the area left clean and tidy upon completion. He explained how to set up the charger and how to connect to my electricity provider. Overall we are really happy with the charger and will happily recommend JEC. 😊

The electrician as well went above and beyond to ensure the installation is done correctly and tidy as we also have solar panels and battery. He also went though explaining on how the app works and he made sure to explain all its features too!

Great service. Discussed our specific needs for EV charger that will integrate with planned solar. Very neat installation. Got us set up and shown how to use app. Offered to come back if we had any issues.

Having requested estimates from 6 different EV charger installers, 2 didn’t reply and the remaining 4 all submitted quotes and proposals on how best to install sympathetically, given our property is 400 years old. From beginning to end, the installation was professional and looks great. Richard and Fergus installed the 3 chargers, keeping me informed on progress throughout, with Donna supporting with the pre-install survey and managing the financials.
