Very happy with this installation. The installer was very professional and polite. They fitted the wall charger box to the outside of the house; no mess and a very neat job, all cables hidden. Again, I can’t say how nice the installer was, he taking time to show me how to use the charger and connect it to my app. I will 100% highly recommend JEC Electrical.

Jec electrical supplied and fixed our MyEnergy Zappi 7KW EV charge Point complete with a 6.5m lead. This was fixed inside our double garage using a black/white point with a Hari wireless device to protect the main house fuse.

After we called Jec they agreed to visit us a few day later to assess the EV requirement. After agreeing the costs and a suitable day to install their installer agreed to attend to fix the EV.

The installer Fergus attended as agreed. He was professional qualified and clearly very knowledgeable. His attitude was polite, helpful and tidy completing the work with in a few hours on the day agreed. Once completed Fergus explained how to use the EV point so that by the end of the day we were up able to charge use the EV.

We were very pleased with Jec’s help, advice, costs and professional installation. Therefore we are very happy to recommend their EV services.

JEC were very helpful in providing information on what I required to charge my new car.  They provided information on aspects that I required and options to suit my requests. Just had an EV charger installed.  The whole process from start to finish was handled faultlessly.  Donna provided me with all the info, contacted National Grid on my behalf, kept me informed with progress and arranged the install date.
Fergus came on the date arranged to install the charger.  A very friendly polite guy.  The install of the new dis-board, cable and charger was carried out with good workmanship.  I’m quite fussy and like things to be right.  Installation was neat and tidy, he cleaned up after himself then took time to explain to me how the charger worked.
In short, if you want a hassle free EV charger installed, JEC Electrical are the right people for the job. Highly recommended 👌

JEC was recommended to me and I wasn’t disappointed.

From the photos I supplied they identified a potential issue with my mains supply which hadn’t been picked up by electricity provider or 3 previous electricians when I had work done. They notified National Grid who fixed the problem free of charge.

The installation was painless and the engineer cleaned up after themselves.
