Testimonials

Great service. Very tidy installation. Thanks

I initially contacted JEC to enquire about an EV charger that would work how I wanted with my existing solar and battery system. I spoke with Rich who was really helpful and very knowledgeable and went with his charger recommendation. On the day of installation the team turned up when agreed, were really friendly and did a very neat job of the installation and left everything clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend JEC.

Couldn’t be more pleased with the service received from the whole team at JEC.  Really professional throughout and completed a very tidy installation, all at a very competitive price.  Would definitely recommend and use again.

The whole process of obtaining a quotation and having a charge point installed has been handled very professionally and very efficiently, with clear communication at every stage.  The visiting staff were courteous, tidy and did a great job.

JEC provided a very efficient service in installing our EV charger with no fuss.  The electrician was friendly and professional and completed the job in the time estimated.  His explanations on how to use the charger and the installation of the app on our phones was clear and helpful.

Thank you to Richard and Fergus for carrying out the installation of our 12 chargepoints with dedication, hard-work and great communication especially when internal questions were coming in thick and fast. The chargepoints look very smart and the use has been flawless. We were also provided with some great written communication for our staff so that we ended up with fewer questions at set-up. Overall, a very dedicated company that worked through awful weather to get the job done on time and looking perfect – you can hardly tell that our grounds have been dug up to lay the cabelling.

JEC Electrical installed our VCHRGD 7 Pro ev charger yesterday. We are very happy with the install. Fergus arrived on time, was polite and friendly. He completed the install very neatly according to our position and wire routing requests. After reading the many complaints about contractors used by the big electricity suppliers, we are very glad that we opted for a local specialist.

We were recommended JEC Electrical by Cleevely Electric Vehicles following a car purchase. The installation was straightforward and the price competitive. The job was neat and the electrician knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout. Would recommend!

Very happy with this installation. The installer was very professional and polite. They fitted the wall charger box to the outside of the house; no mess and a very neat job, all cables hidden. Again, I can’t say how nice the installer was, he taking time to show me how to use the charger and connect it to my app. I will 100% highly recommend JEC Electrical.

Really pleased with the service we got from JEC. You were really quick to provide an accurate quote and to recommend the correct charger. Installation was within two weeks and really professional. The fitter did a really good job installing the charger in quite an awkward position on the house. Couldn’t be more pleased…and competitively priced as well – thank you very much

I found JEC Electrical to be very professional with quick efficient service. I’d recommend.

Brilliant service from JEC! The lovely Fergus installed my EV charger and did an excellent job. His workmanship is really neat and tidy. He took the time to explain how to use the app and made sure everything was working before he left. Super professional, polite, and friendly. I’d highly recommend JEC (and Fergus!) to anyone looking to have an EV charger installed.
