Really first class service, installing an EV chargepoint. Donna recommended the VCHRGD Seven for my requirements. As I could not find any independent reviews of it online, I had a list of questions which she answered extremely well. The cost matched my expectations, and the lead time after placing the order was two weeks. Fergus arrived on time to make the installation, and was a pleasure to have doing the job: efficient and helpful in answering some more questions. Very happy indeed.

Everyone at JEC have been brilliant to deal with, right from the initial enquiry through to the install of my EV charger. Communications with Donna have been slick with quick replies, and Richard was great talking through our electrical system issues over the phone before booking us in for the install. Fergus came and fitted the charger, which was really easy to deal with, and just got the job done efficiently with no fuss. Definitely recommend to anyone for EV charger installs.

So helpful today in resolving a problem with my EV charger – that the manufacturer couldn’t help with. One switch had simply caused the screen on my charger to fail. Very grateful.

I had a home EV charger fitted by JEC and the whole process from start to finish was easy, professional and competitively priced.  Although the self service survey was a bit of a faff to do it did speed the process up by negating the need for someone to visit and look for themselves.

A few things stood out for me, firstly the time scale from initial enquiry to completion of the work was only about a week, I was expecting it to be a few weeks. Secondly the professionalism of the electrician who carried out the install, sorry I didn’t get his name but a great ambassador for the business. He turned up promptly on time and was polite and courteous, taking time to explain how the charger and app worked. Lastly the quality of the work was great, very neat and tidy cable runs with everything thing securely fastened.

If this is typical of the service from JEC I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.
