After a recommendation I contacted JEC Electrical to install an EV charger. I can report that I have had a very good experience throughout the whole process. We had our Hypervolt car charger fitted this week and from quotation to fitting the service has been outstanding.  We highly recommend such a professional and reliable company.  Will be telling our friends to use Rich and his colleagues when they go electric too.

Fantastic service from the team today installing our pod point. Professional and courteous throughout they got the job done quickly and efficiently, making sure we were happy at each step. From quote to having the EV charger installed I had fantastic knowledgeable service.  When my car delivery date changed by months Rich sorted a date to install it within 4 days.  On the day of installation the guys arrived and explained everything, completed the job to an incredible standard of professionalism the team were so polite helpful and tidy they thought of everything.  I can’t recommend them enough.  Their level of service is outstanding.

On the installation day, the weather conditions were pretty atrocious and couldn’t have been much worse for the time of year. However, despite the awful conditions, Jason and Fergus persevered and did a thoroughly professional job. It was very clear that they take pride in their work.

I have been really impressed with Rich and the team. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending JEC Electrical based on the excellent service they provided.

I have had first class service from Rich, Donna and Matt.  Nothing was too much trouble  their communication and organisation was first class and Matt was super doing the installation in horrible weather .Matt then made time to explain the product.

Richard has been business-like, helpful & courteous as well as enthusiastic. The fitters arrived on time, professional & courteous work, very satisfactory. I will gladly recommend JEC Electrical.

Richard came out and did a quote for both an office and home installation.  He set a date to do the install and it was all completed efficiently and quickly on the day specified.  I would definitely recommend.

I ordered my charger from Richard with no fuss and good communication regarding my requirements.

The fitters arrived on time and were courteous and followed Covid guidelines to the letter. Two very knowledgeable and efficient workers.

The installation went smoothly with little disruption, the mains power was only off for around 10 minutes. Very happy with the service and can thoroughly recommend.

There was an initial delay due to unavailability of the Wallbox, but Richard and his assistant came and fitted the Wallbox on a Saturday as soon as it was ready. They were very patient whilst we deliberated on exactly where we wanted to put it – but the price stayed the same, even though it ended up further away from the fuse box than originally planned. He showed me how to use the Wallbox and get the car charging before they left. All has been working fine since, with no problems. All in all a great job, and I’d recommend JEC if you need a home charger, suggestions on positioning, and also someone with real life experience, advice and genuine enthusiasm for EVs.

I ordered my Charger last minute on Friday 12th March, heard from Rich on Tuesday/Wednesday… received my new electric car on Thursday and the guys came to fit my charging point on Friday.

Very happy with the service! Both of the electricians stuck to COVID-19 rules and wore masks. Once they finished, they talked me through everything they did and all about the charger itself. They made it all make sense and obviously know their stuff! Would recommend these to anyone.
