JEC were very responsive, efficient, patient and effective with the installation of our Zappi EV charger in Cheltenham. I got a quote quickly, they were patient with my questions, the price was competitive with online comparison sites and they were even able to bring forward the installation to next day because we received our car earlier than expected. From quote to completed install was less than a week, and I think 2-3 days of that were due to my indecision! I will definitely consider using JEC Electrical again.

JEC Electrical were my installation Company of choice for the Electric Vehicle charge point. They approached the project from the basis of customer service, as opposed to the “easy life for the electrician”. On the day of the install I was impressed by the professionalism and technical knowledge, the installation was verified as being fully compliant with Part P of the Building Regulations. I was also given a tutorial through the internet App systems that are necessary.
Cost of the installation? Market rate, but good value, no corner cutting, professional, tidy.

JEC supplied a Zappi EV charger for me. The installation was timely, quick and neat and the explanations were clear. I was impressed by the thorough preparation before the work began, involving sending pictures of various parts of my existing electrical system. This was work planned and carried out as it always should be.
