Testimonials

JEC installed an EV charger for us and the service was excellent from start to finish. Ordering was easy, installation arranged for a date that suited us, and Fergus, who did the installation, arrived on time, did a very neat job and helped with the App. All in all very happy.

Very happy with replacement of old non functioning EV charger with a new one.

Installer arrived promptly at agreed time and worked diligently in uncomfortably high temperatures to get job done. Install looks tidy and any mess was bagged up and cleared away. Happy with handover explaining how to use new kit. Many thanks JEC. Would recommend.

JEC fitted an ev charger for us. The service was provided on time and in an efficient and friendly way. The electrician cleared up any mess and also showed us how to download and use the ev charger app. We were very pleased with the service provided by JEC.

An excellent service from start to finish. The Administration and installation on site were both excellent.

We have used JEC to install a number of our EV charging points. We have always found them to be knowledgeable, courteous and conscientious.

They install a good product, which continues to work well for us in all instances.

Great service. Very friendly and easy to deal with. EV charger installation went smoothly and was able to do it sooner than other providers. Very happy with the result. Would highly recommend.

JEC Electrical were recommended to me when I needed an EV Charger installed. The recommendation was completely justified. The whole process from stating my requirements, providing JEC with the information they required in order to plan the installation went very smoothly. The installation itself, carried out by Fergus, was quick and trouble free and Fergus went out of his way to ensure the charger was placed with minimum disruption to my property. Many thanks to Donna for organising everything.

The team were absolutely brilliant! Fergus was fantastic, we had an issue with an earth rod and Donna and Fergus sorted it immediately for us, returning within less than 24-hours to sort it out in full for us. Pricing was transparent and very competitive – would highly recommend

JEC Electrical and all their staff provide excellent and customer focused service. Donna Jones dealt with our query following problems with the cut-out switch for the electric car recharging point. She went out of her way to urgently fit in the work into their busy schedule, and kept us informed about the exact time the works would be undertaken. Fergus, their fitter was courteous, efficient and arrived on time. Throughout our interaction you felt you were a valued customer. Well done to the whole team.

Excellent from start to finish, Donna was very helpful in arranging the install. Fergus arrived on the day and did a fantastic job on the installation. Left the property tidy. I can not fault the service received. Great local company highly recommended.

Perfect from beginning to end. Responsive and timely with our quote and survey. Friendly with brilliant advice and expertise. We felt in safe hands throughout. The JEC EV team managed to get us an early appointment, so we could have our charger installed and ready for our new car. Install day was super smooth, professional and they went the extra mile – even filling in some old drill holes. The charger looks really smart, and I trust we have someone to call on if we ever have any issues. Thank you.

Excellent advice on selection of the most suitable EV domestic chargepoint and professionally installed by Fergus.
