Very pleased with the whole JEC Electrical experience from initial contact through to the installation of our Zappi charger.  Correspondence between us and JEC (Donna) was excellent throughout and we were kept fully informed at every step.  Our installer (Jack) arrived bang on time and proceeded to install the unit extremely neatly through our garage to the agreed location at the side of our property. I was very impressed with the attention to detail that he took in the install.  On completion of the unit he then tested everything to confirm compliance and talked me through the setting up of the app and the operation of the unit itself.  Overall, we have had a very positive experience with JEC and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others thinking of getting a home charger fitted.

I ordered the Zappi charger through the MyEnergi website. JEC were one of the suggested installers.  They did an efficient job sorting out what was needed for my particular installation. On the day installation was straightforward without any fuss. There was a problem connecting with the unit from my phone, but this was resolved quickly. I am happy to recommend them to others.

Fast and efficient. We were given lots of good experienced advice and the service was excellent. The guy doing the installation was courteous and polite. We had a Simpson & Partners charger fitted. Just had a Zappi charger and Eddi fitted.  The installation was neat and tidy.  The guys turned up when they said they would.  Great experience from ordering to payment …I would recommend them.

Contacted JEC as we had purchased an electric car but needed a charging point at home. Not only were their responses quick they were able to fit in us within a few days. The service was fantastic from start to finish. Everything was explained to us and all questions answered. The engineer turned up when expected. Really happy with the work completed. Would recommend.
